SPORTS MEDICINE ADVICE FROM THE SWISS OLYMPIC MEDICAL CENTER OF THE HÔPITAL DE LA TOUR

Would you like to have your physical condition checked?

Are you in the middle of preparing for your triathlon? Would you like to have your physical condition assessed? The exercise physiology laboratory of the Swiss Olympic Medical Center of La Tour is at your disposal!

What does this assessment consist of?

The assessment is entirely customisable and the tests are adapted to your capacities and and your objectives. The aim is to draw up an inventory of your current physical capacities by assessing all your physical qualities.

How long does it take?

It takes 2.5 hours, if we want to give ourselves time to pass the different tests and to recover between each one.

Who is it for?

Anyone who is concerned about their fitness level, whether or not they practice a regular physical activity.

What to do afterwards?

After the assessment, we take the time to debrief with you and to guide you towards a programme programme adapted to your strengths and weaknesses.
