RUN - SWIM - BIKE WITH REFUGEES

The war in Ukraine and other ongoing conflicts such as in Afghanistan, Sudan, and Syria are tearing lives apart every day. Currently, worldwide, over 110 million people have been forced to flee their home to find peace and safety. This is a number that should have never been reached.

La Tour Geneva Triathlon and UNHCR, the UN refugee agency, have joined forces since 2019 to help people forced to flee their home. Since 1950, UNHCR has saved millions of lives and helped rebuild a future for refugees around the world. UNHCR works to ensure that everybody has the right to seek asylum and find safety having fled violence, persecution, war, or disaster.

Today, let’s stand with refugees, wherever they come from. We invite you to run, swim and bike in the La Tour Geneva Triathlon and make a donation through Switzerland for UNHCR website here or when you register.

TOGETHER, WE CAN HAVE AN IMPACT

Every minute of every day 20 people are forced to leave their homes to escape violence or persecution. A small contribution can already make a big difference and help a refugee family find a safe place to call home and build a better future.

HOW TO CONTRIBUTE?

Run, swim and bike at the La Tour Geneva Triathlon in solidarity with refugees to help UNHCR protect and support those in need. Make a donation to Switzerland for UNHCR when you register or DONATE NOW

With just a few francs, you can help provide:

CHF 18
a set of blankets and sleeping mats to a family in Syria that might otherwise sleep on the cold hard ground;

CHF 36
a hygienic set to one displaced family in Yemen;
